Rune Stone at Humla Church, Municipality of Ulricehamn, Sweden

This part of a rune stone was found when Humla old church was demolished in 1889. It was a part of the old stone foundation. The other parts of the stone were probably moved to the foundation of the new church without anyone noticing it. This remaining part of the stone is now raised at the churchyard. The runic inscription reads:

This means:
"Kati reste sten . . . . . .  broder Knikis
. (In English: Kati erected  stone . . . . . brother)
".
